Executive Director

An integral part of the Together We Can Society since 2007, Stacy Wilson was appointed to the role of Executive Director in late 2015. Stacy accumulated over 20 years of business management experience before joining Together We Can as the Intake Coordinator and Director of Marketing. Stacy attended the University of British Columbia and Vancouver Community College where he studied addiction counselling. Stacy has made it his life’s work to ensure that all who struggle with addiction hear the message of hope and freedom required for lasting change.

As a business leader in the past, Stacy was nominated by Community Futures Development Corporation for Entrepreneur of Canada on several occasions. A founding member of the BC Food & Beverage Marketing Council, Stacy was a member of the Board of Directors for five years. Stacy has lectured for I.C.B.C. on Youth Entrepreneurship and Fundraising, and also acted as a keynote speaker on behalf of the Community Futures Development Corporation and the Federal Business Development Bank.

Aside from being a powerful and engaging public speaker, Stacy has developed excellent leadership, problem solving and relationship building skills. Stacy’s focus is building community relationships with not only families, but government agencies and businesses who share a common goal of strengthening our community.

Having gained an abundance of knowledge and experience in the recovery industry, Stacy ensures that Together We Can employees maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in their work. With TV interviews on Breakfast Television and speeches at Recovery Day in 2015 and 2016, Stacy has the ability to express what is of the utmost importance to him: sobriety, friends and family.

Stacy currently offers his highly valued knowledge and experience on a number of boards in the community. Although he is a devoted husband and loving father of three, Stacy finds time to maintain his role as an active and contributing member of the recovery community.
