An integral part of the Together We Can Society since 2007, Stacy Wilson was appointed to the role of Executive Director in late 2015. Stacy accumulated over 20 years of business management experience before joining Together We Can as the Intake Coordinator and Director of Marketing. Stacy attended the University of British Columbia and Vancouver Community College where he studied addiction counselling. Stacy has made it his life’s work to ensure that all who struggle with addiction hear the message of hope and freedom required for lasting change.
Karen is a professional with over twenty years of experience managing finances for various companies in Vancouver. She has been involved in the recovery community since 2000 and served as a volunteer leader of weekly recovery groups for women at Glory House for five years.
Karen recently pursued personal development and spiritual growth through Regent College and obtained a graduate diploma in April 2015. Immediately after she graduated, she started working at Together We Can as the Financial Manager. Karen saw this as a God-given opportunity to merge her heart for people in recovery with her skills in financial management.
Steve is passionate about helping men struggling with addiction issues find the help and support they need at Together We Can.
With plenty of experience facilitating successful intakes into our Residential Treatment Program, Steve acts as an initial contact for men, families and union representatives seeking addictions treatment services offered at TWC.
Andrea has been with Together We Can since 2012. Previous to this, she worked at various social service agencies, both in front line and administration. Andrea currently works in administration with a focus on accounting. She has been an active member in the Vancouver Recovery Community since 1999.
Daniel’s duties include monitoring and analyzing the current operating procedures or provision. Working closely with team leaders to help evolve & improve current operations & strategies. His work allows Together We Can to offer the best client & family care possible. He also works closely with insurance providers & government agencies, exploring all avenues to ensure the clients gets the best available care, for their treatment stay & aftercare.
Daniel reports statistical numbers, to each department head and assists in preparing reports for the Board of Directors, who oversee the operations at Together We Can.
Jody began his journey with Together We Can in 1998 and was previously employed as a support worker and the Client Coordinator.
Jody studied Child and Youth Care Counselling at Douglas College and spent five years counselling vulnerable youth before coming to Together We Can.
Trevor Franklin has been our Vancouver Island Client Coordinator since 2013. He holds a certificate from Camosun College in Mental Health and Addictions and is on the board for the Men’s Trauma Centre in Victoria.
As a valued member of our administrative team, Landon helps men and families navigate their way through the first interactions with TWC. Other then being the hub of information, Landon organizes appointments for both staff and residents; as well as, overseeing our family support program.
As a valued member of our intake team, Nathan is often the first point of contact for clients calling Together We Can for help.
Nathan ensures that clients and their family’s needs are met, both before & during the clients stay.
Michael has been trained in naval communications and served for three and a half years in the Canadian Navy.
Aside from handling his responsibilities as one of our Client Coordinators, he is also the Volunteer Coordinator and a live-in manager at one of our second stage homes.
Vince Pirozzi has been a dedicated staff member at Together We Can since 2015 and currently acts as one of our client coordinators.
With the ability to engage clients on a personal level, Vince makes it his mission each and every day to connect with as many of our residents as he can.
